This survey is for students who have just completed “Book One: Identity and Values” from the Principles & Choices series.  If this was not the book you just completed, do not take this survey.  Ask your teacher to help you with the correct URL for the survey that correlates to the Book level you studied.

 

The purpose of the survey is to receive your feedback on the book you studied, and to better understand the viewpoints of high school students across the United States on selected topics. Please note that the survey is completely anonymous. Your teacher will not see your responses, and the research firm will not know your name. Your answers should accurately reflect your thoughts.
